CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If any changes are made within the 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service. Late / No show policy all clients are granted a 10-minute grace period if they are running late for their appointment, if you are unable to make your appointment you must call 716-860-2116 . Failure to reschedule before grace period ends will result in a 50% charge of the total service cost. If you are late and you do not call to reschedule, you will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service .
